After I graduated from college, I became very seriously ill, and God sent me a wonderful doctor who helped me understand how my hormones had been affected. \u00a0I became enthusiastically dedicated to researching foods that would help heal me and optimize my body, feelings and energy.<\/p>\n
I thought, “Ok: \u00a0I have been deathly ill, and I have to change (there is nothing like deathly illness to bring you sharply up to a reality check!!), and I want to give my cells\u00a0as many healthy building blocks as I can to repair the damages I have incurred. \u00a0But, I usually don’t eat very much at each meal, anyway not enough to quickly replenish my depleted stores of crucial vitamins, so I need to choose the absolute top nutrient-rich foods that will edify me in those areas in which I am deficient.”<\/p>\n
